When there aren't many brushstrokes and it's hot, you can control your body temperature by lowering the gaiters. Even with the gaiters lowered, you can run comfortably without feeling loose.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnti-slip rubber is sewn into the top to prevent it from slipping down or getting caught in bushes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause they are long enough, when combined with regular 3\/4 length pants and shoe gaiters, they are strong enough to withstand the undergrowth without exposing any skin. We always wear 3\/4 length pants with shin gaiters, which has the advantage of preventing heat from building up in the lower body compared to long tights or long pants, as air can flow in and out from the bottom of the 3\/4 length pants.
